With over 35 years of business experience, Terry has gained a unique perspective on people, leadership and management. His passion for helping and motivating people overflows into his every day life. His personal investment in people is evidenced by his mentoring of young entrepreneurs in the successful growth of their private businesses.  

 

After spending more than 25 years in the finance community, 20 of those with automotive dealerships, Terry has handled the financing/refinancing of everything from franchise acquisition, real estate, facilities construction, inventory floor plans, and more.

 

Terry spent 19 years in Spring, TX before relocating to the Nashville, TN area to open a second office of his business, Alternative Capital Funding Solutions.  Currently he resides in the Greater Nashville area with his wife Tabitha. 

 

Although Terry’s life stays busy with the people, projects, and companies that he invests in, he always finds the time to meet and mentor young business owners.  “By giving back, everyone moves forward” is not just a word tract but a belief he lives by.
